For just $10 a ticket you’ll benefit The Summit Foundation and be able to tour through 23 exclusive homes in Summit County. In particular, we’d like to invite you to visit a home we’ve enjoyed working on this past year:
172 Sunshine Ridge Lane
Recently receiving LEED for Homes GOLD Certification (the first one in Summit County!); this home’s responsible features include timbers reclaimed from the railroad trestles that once spanned the Great Salt Lake, hardwood flooring salvaged from a 100 year old barn in Missouri, cabinetry and doors crafted from Colorado beetle kill pine, non-toxic finishes and fine sustainable furnishings. Nearly every element of this house has a story to tell… and we’d love to share it with you!
Mountain Living Magazine awarded the home with their Peak Award, naming 172 Sunshine Ridge Lane as their overall favorite on the tour judged on the strength of design ideas, aesthetic appeal, craftsmanship, use of space and materials, color scheme and how well the architecture and interior design complement each other.

In addition, the home received the following accolades in the Single Family Category III from the Summit County Builders Association during their awards dinner Friday, September 17th:
- FIRST PLACE: Interior Finishes, Associates III
- SECOND PLACE: Landscaping & Outdoor Living Space, Neils Lunceford; Builder Concept & Workmanship, Michael F. Gallagher Architect and Double Diamond Construction & Property Services; Kitchen, Wedgewood; Master Bedroom Suite, Associates III; and Interior Furnishings, Associates III
