The dramatic progress we see during framing has diminished. Now the intricate process of wiring and plumbing is under way at both the Carter Park Overlook house and the Stafford’s home. In custom homes in this 6,000 to 7,000 square foot range, plumbing and wiring are a great deal of work. Both homes should be finished next summer. Look for the Stafford Residence in the 2011 Summit County Parade of Homes.
